At Homeotism, we value your trust and aim to provide a transparent and fair returns and refund process.

Order Cancellation Policy:

You are entitled to cancel your order within 30 minutes of placing it.

• No reason is required for cancellation within this time.

• If you cancel within 30 minutes, you will receive a full refund through the original payment method.

• After 30 minutes, cancel will not be accepted, and no refunds will be issued.

Return Conditions (if applicable):

While most of our medicines are customized and thus non-returnable, in exceptional cases (such as courier damage or incorrect delivery), we may consider returns. To be eligible for such a return:

• Goods must have been purchased within the last 30 days.

• Items must be in original packaging, unopened, and unused.

Non-returnable Items:

We do not accept returns for:

• Customized homeopathic formulations prepared specifically for you.

• Medicines that are unsealed, used, or tampered with.

• Products with expired shelf life or those that deteriorate quickly.

• Items mixed with other goods after delivery.

We reserve the right to decline returns that do not meet these conditions.

Returning Goods (if accepted):

• You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the item.

• Use a trackable and insured courier for safety.
